Meet Certified Executive Chef Joe Rodrigues
The award-winning owner of Valley Catering brings more than two decades of experience to his clients. Chef Rodrigues has appeared with Martin Yan on the Yan Can Cook television series. Among his wide-range of experiences Chef Rodrigues is a consultant to the United States Navy Culinary Education Program and to fine restaurants world-wide. For fourteen consecutive years he was a Chef for the AT&T Pro-Am at the Lodge at Pebble Beach and was the head chef at the Point After restaurant in Alamo, California.
